Product designer. Six years at Edenred, three of them leading a B2B product from field research to the screens handed over to engineering. What interests me: the moments people forget to design, the error, the edge case, the return after a long time away.

The only designer on the product for three years, from research to delivery. The portal and its invoices
Ran the design workshops and the design critiques with product, engineering and the other designers. Workshops & Personas

Redesigned the unified login journey, built for people who come back rarely and get stuck often. Logging back in

Marketing site, MyEdenred app and customer area · apprenticeship then permanent role

UX/UI design across several web and mobile products running in parallel. Four products, from B2B to B2C
Redesigned the Edenred.fr marketing site and the customer area: journeys, mockups and Figma prototypes. Four products, from B2B to B2C

Built a design system to unify the Edenred France platforms.

Designed the journeys and the mockups, ran user tests.
